ALGER - Le ministre de l'Industrie pharmaceutique, Abderrahmane Djamel Lofti Benbahmed, a reçu en audience, mercredi le 08 juin, l'ambassadrice de la République de Turquie à Alger, Mahinur Ozdemir Goktas, avec laquelle il a évoqué le renforcement de la coopération bilatérale notamment dans le domaine de la production des médicaments.

Cette rencontre, tenue au siège du ministère, a permis aux deux parties"d'examiner les voies et moyens de promouvoir la coopération, notamment à travers la signature d'une convention de partenariat entre l'Agence nationale des produits pharmaceutiques et son homologue turque, ce qui permettra de faciliter et d'accélérer les procédures d'enregistrement, d'homologation, et une meilleure collaboration en matière de contrôle de la qualité", a indiqué un communiqué du ministère.

Les entretiens avec l'ambassadrice turque, accompagnée d'une délégation de la fondation "Service internationaux de santé USHAS", ont également porté sur un échange d'expériences pour l'instauration de la sérialisation en Algérie, ce qui permettra de garantir une traçabilité absolue des produits pharmaceutiques à partir du site de production jusqu'à la dispensation aux malades, ajoute le document.

A cette occasion, les deux parties ont exprimé "leur volonté d'instaurer un partenariat gagnant-gagnant à travers le co-développement et la co-production de médicaments notamment innovants avec une projection vers l'exportation à destination des marchés régionaux et continentaux", conclut le communiqué.
